Absolutions

For every atom a universe
Could the earth an atom be
And on a speck like earth
So a mere human be

In the ever now everywhere
the body unto the spirit a gift
And the every within
A little soul that carries be

Every pulse that turn
In a heart smaller than me
to emotions I tune
And another wonder be

And if my foolishness
Could never away melted be
Let me in remaining years
Just love myself be

A small thought

A small thought
And a beautiful one too
That crossed my mind
Learn it by heart they say
Sing it by heart they say
In all my childhood years
I thought it of just as
like memorizing words
But the heart is such a wonder
And the one who said it first
Must have a little secret hidden
That after two thirds of my life
That I stumble upon and
A wisdom dawns
Yeah first learn the rules
Follow the order
Make it a habit
Memorize
All the the senses now tuned
So finely
Then comes the next
You don't have to effort the rules
Nor the memory
And the magic begins
Just by playing it by HEART

Absolutely nothing that is meant for me will require me to compromise my integrity, lower my energy, or abandon my values and boundaries to receive it

The past is history

         The future is mystery

                 Today is a gift

That is why it is called

                                            PRESENT

The sound of a Dream

I heard the sound
of a dream
That birthed
in the heart of a man
Like a seed of desire
That slowly sprouted
With an unknown torment
To make itself known
The moment that knows
The waiting of a revelation
 In still waters
To  rise  like that of  a wave
The moment it takes
To take a breath away
To strive thence upon
That which is now known
Till then silent beneath
no longer be the placid waters
Cause now on every ripple
Will add to the the splendor
Of the beautiful dance of waves
What desires thought can take
What grandeur dreams can achieve
Whether they be
Even of a little grass
To sway in the breeze
Would be fulfilled
Yes I heard of that dream
It ain't any of the lesser
And like all of the grandest
The seen and the unseen
Was every one man's dream

This little poem has been inspired by Yanni's music " One Man's Dream ". I wouldn't say it could do much justice but  thought I could try to attempt atleast in whatever little way I could to put my feelings of when I  hear it.
